Did you try Yahoo's web site performance analysis tool?

Ever since the page loading speed was treated as an important indexing algorithm by Google, almost every blogger started publishing blog posts titling , "How to optimize page images to increase loading speed".

After reading every post in the topic that I came across, I realized they all carried the same meal cooked in a different pot. There was nothing new that I could learn after I read the first post (I don't remember the author).

Everybody wrote on how Google helps you to check your web site speed of loading in the browser. They seemed to have forgotten Yahoo! altogether as another popular search engine though it has yielded much of its users to Google over the past 10 years.

Do you know that Yahoo! also offers a facility to analyse various aspects of your web page?

Yslow (http://yslow.org/) is available as an extension for almost all the browsers. Chrome users can just click on the 'chrome' icon on the above mentioned URL and it gets added to your browser.

About Yslow.
This is what I read in CNET about Yslow in the words of Yahoo!
"YSlow is an extension for Google Chrome. It analyzes web pages and suggests ways to improve their performance based on a set of rules for high performance web pages. YSlow grades web page based on one of three predefined ruleset or a user-defined ruleset. It offers suggestions for improving the page's performance, summarizes the page's components, displays statistics about the page."

Now, open your blog or web site or any web page and click on the YSlow icon, click 'run test' button and you get to see several parameters of your website clearly analysed and presented.

Here is a screenshot of a web page that Yslow analyzed.

Click on the image for a larger view.

If you are a bit of technically advanced blogger, please visit this FAQ page of YSlow and you will realize the value of Yslow as a web site performance analytic tool.

The specialized help of Yahoo offers a wide range of arrangements both by means of Yahoo gatherings and its specialized help stage via telephone. It is anything but difficult to get arrangements by calling the specialized group of Yahoo every so often as specialized partners of Yahoo are constantly present. http://annasduncan.weebly.com/switch-from-yahoo-to-gmail/-how-to-switch-from-yahoo-to-gmail
