Airtel sent me this shocking message.

I am glad I did not delete it as soon as I saw who the message was from. When I read it, I was shocked,. You too will after you read it. It is from  Airtel

I quote:
"Dear Customer, Airtel is not getting DIRECT NET BANKING bill payments against your Airtel Mobile *******. This may lead to late payment fee being charged on your number. Here are some alternate payment modes for you. A. My Airtel App -, B. Online SI for auto debit from credit card -"

This is very unusual. It is blaming my bank directly We all do money transfer through our bank. Have you ever received a complaint like this?

Look, Aretel is saying that if you pay your mobile bill through net banking, the money does not reach them at all! They are not saying they get the money after a delay; they say they don't receive it at all.!
